At North West Properties, our focus is on exceptional management of homes in the Northwest area of Tucson. Our region includes everything North of Prince Rd and West of Campbell Ave. In our ten years in Northwest Tucson, we have created a small, specialized (both in price and geography) management firm. Every member of our team excels at their position and in customer service.
We provide full management services, including marketing, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, and accounting.
Our services include the following:
- Complete and thorough placement of tenants, including credit check (paid for by prospective tenants)
- Move-in and move-out inspections
- Collect rent, late fees, and evict tenants
- Monthly management includes communications with Tenants, HOA's and necessary Vendors
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance. Individual maintenance logs kept in our office on each property.
- Monthly financial statements online
- Owner distributions out by the 15th of each month
- All accounting performed in house
