Leasing a home from North
West Properties is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Any of our online listings
can be seen in person. Simply stop in at our office at 7632 North La
Cholla (just across from the Foothills Mall). Arrangements to see homes of
interest will be made. Most of our homes are on a lock box and can be
viewed any time. Others may be tenant occupied. Either way, we will
explain how any home can be seen.
- Found one? For a
$25.00 processing fee per applicant we will run a quick credit check to see if
you qualify to lease the home of your choice. Click here for the application form or

- Once your credit has been
approved, 1/2 months rent serves as a deposit to hold the home until you are
ready to sign the lease documents and take possession. Please
understand that this deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. Click here for Lease
